Shipping policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All Casio Watches, Watch Accessories, Pre-owned Watches & Imported Watches (Except Seagull) are shipped within 5 working days from date of order.

Seagull Watches will take at least 4-6 weeks to be dispatched, since they are Imported on order, and go through Customs processing. We request you to only order if the longer wait time suits you. Please note that Customs Clearance is a tedious process which is handled completely by us, and may take longer than the mentioned timeline in some cases.

All Custom Watch orders (HMT / S23) are usually shipped in around 4 weeks via Delhivery. You will automatically receive the tracking link over E-mail and Whatsapp when the order ships. Working days exclude Saturday/Sunday and Public Holidays. Please note that this is a tentative timeline since the actual time taken to prepare each custom piece is different, and the total dispatch time could take 1 month+. We humbly request the customer to ONLY order if they can wait that long and are 100% okay with the tentative timeline, since the pieces are limited and orders are non-cancellable once processed. Please note that this shipping duration is usually shorter, but due to our main technician recovering from an injury, we are operating at half the pace. As he recovers, the timelines will get tighter. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused due to this, and once again request you to order only if the 1 month+ timeline suits you, as quicker deliveries would not be possible. 

For Custom/Seagull watches: Please note that we will be sending you a confirmation mail right after you place the order, along with a link to this page, so that you can get 100% clarity on shipping timelines. Please do not get worried if you do not receive any communication between order date and dispatch date. All orders go under process as soon as they are placed and the status remains the same until they are dispatched. You can always log into your account to check whether it is shipped or Email/DM us on Instagram for any queries. A simple trick to calculate the tentative timeline from your order date is to check the date which is 4 weeks after your order date.  

Delivery duration for all orders is usually around 2-5 working days from dispatch date, depending on delivery location/pin code.

Please note that there might be small delays either on our end or on the Delivery Partner's end during major Public Holidays and Festivals like Diwali/Eid/Holi etc. We operate on a small scale and our staff deserves a much needed break to spend time with their families during these festivals :)
